All'interno della Direzione Infrastructure, Environment, Health and Safety, siamo alla ricerca del Building Projects Manager .
Il titolare della posizione dovrà garantire, in un contesto fortemente dinamico, una corretta gestione del patrimonio immobiliare ed impiantistico aziendale, assicurandone la massima efficienza in relazioni agli usi stabiliti, attraverso: Lo sviluppo e l'implementazione di adeguati piani di manutenzione (predittiva, correttiva e migliorativa); Il coordinamento di risorse interne e società esterne; L'individuazione degli investimenti necessari al mantenimento e allo sviluppo del patrimonio gestito, sentite le esigenze dei dipartimenti interni; La gestione dei budget approvati garantendo il rispetto degli obbiettivi assegnati anche attraverso la gestione delle derive; La redazione della necessaria reportistica basata sull'analisi delle attività in corso e sui costi di gestione, individuando i necessari KPI per il monitoraggio delle prestazioni; La stesura dei necessari contratti di manutenzione e gestione dei vari progetti assegnati e delle attività operative.
Tra le attività che il candidato dovrà coordinare e supervisionare rivestono particolare importanza: la gestione di progetti per la realizzazione di nuovi edifici e infrastrutture impiantistiche, la parziale o totale ristrutturazione di quelli esistenti, la conduzione e manutenzione di impianti generali quali: centrali e reti di distribuzione energia elettrica, aria compressa, fonia e dati, produzione di energia termica, produzione di acqua osmotizzata; impianti di depurazione e smaltimento dei reflui fluidi.
Inoltre, in collaborazione con il dipartimento Environment, il candidato sarà responsabile di gestire ed efficientare i consumi energetici dello stabilimento in modo da ridurne gli impatti ambientali ed i costi d'esercizio.
Si richiede: Laurea breve o magistrale in ingegneria; Cinque anni di comprovata esperienza nel ruolo in realtà industriali strutturate; Conoscenza delle leggi e dei regolamenti in materia edilizia ed impiantistica; Conoscenza delle leggi e norme in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro nei cantieri; Adeguata esperienza nel project management: definizione degli obbiettivi del progetto, pianificazione e realizzazione di attività, analisi di computi metrici, definizione e controllo dei budget, pianificazione e gestione delle risorse e dei tempi di realizzazione; Adeguata esperienza nella gestione della relazione con studi tecnici e società operanti nel settore degli appalti edili ed impiantistici; Capacità di problem solving e decisionale, forte orientamento al risultato, leadership e capacità relazionali, spirito d'iniziativa e creatività; Forte orientamento al team work, tenacia ed orientamento al cliente, disponibilità e flessibilità nell'orario di lavoro; Ottima conoscenza del software Autocad e del pacchetto Office; Conoscenza dell'inglese livello B2; Automunito; È richiesta obbligatoriamente la residenza o il domicilio nelle vicinanze della sede di lavoro.
