Per azienda di Bologna specializzata in progetti di real word evidence e di outcome research stiamo selezionando un/a PROJECT MANAGER da inserire nel team.
Il/la candidato/a dovrà supervisionare la fase di delivery dei progetti, garantendo il rispetto dei tempi e la qualità delle soluzioni fornite.
Sarà responsabile di fornire al cliente spiegazioni sui risultati ottenuti, supportandolo nella loro interpretazione e sfruttamento rispetto alla strategia aziendale e di prodotto.
Nello specifico la risorsa si occuperà del coordinamento funzionale del team di progetto, utilizzando capacità di leadership e di motivazione.
Inoltre, dovrà gestire il proprio portafoglio clienti, assicurando relazioni di qualità, comprendendo le loro esigenze e individuando opportunità di up-selling e cross-selling.
Il candidato fornirà consulenza specialistica nel settore farmaceutico e delle tecnologie sanitarie, accompagnando i clienti nell'utilizzo delle evidenze RWE generate, integrandole nelle loro strategie operative per massimizzare il valore dei progetti.
Sarà inoltre responsabile dell'analisi delle necessità dei clienti, della progettazione di soluzioni innovative e della loro presentazione, collaborando con le funzioni interne come R&D e Business Development.
Infine, il candidato svilupperà e monitorerà piani operativi per raggiungere obiettivi di sviluppo del business, implementando azioni correttive quando necessario per assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati.
Desideriamo entrare in contatto con profili che hanno avuto esperienze nei ruoli di Market Access all'interno di case farmaceutiche, ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, attitudine commerciale e al lavoro in team, forti capacità di problem solving, relazionali e comunicative.
Sede di lavoro: da remoto, è tuttavia richiesta disponibilità a viaggiare su tutto il territorio nazionale presso i clienti o recarsi in sede quando necessario.
