Position Overview: We are looking for a Head of Global Legal Affairs to join our team.
Responsibilities:Leadership and Management of the Legal Team: Lead and coordinate the legal team, ensuring all legal activities are conducted efficiently and professionally.Strategic Legal Advice: Provide strategic legal advice to top management and other company functions on complex legal matters and associated risks.Global Compliance and Awareness: Ensure the company operates in compliance with national and international regulations by developing and implementing effective compliance policies and procedures.Audit and Compliance: Periodically conduct legal compliance audits and promptly address any areas for improvement by proposing effective solutions.Litigation and Risk Management: Handle legal disputes by collaborating with the in-house lawyers.
