Every day we impact the lives of millions by changing the way people see the world.ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOBWe are looking for a young, motivated, curious and enterprising talent to join us at Operations Headquarter in Agordo (BL).As Production Supervisor Manager you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring excellent quality standards.Main responsibilities:Management of the efficiency and OEE KPIsProduction Programming, detection of deviations and taking management actions in order to guarantee the required levelsManagement of quality KPIsKnowledge and application of delegation mechanismResponsible for the quality of the parts produced in his ShopCritical reading of indicators regarding the cost of auxiliary materials (costs of maintenance, costs of indirect materials, costs of scrap…)Advanced knowledge of work cycles and methodsContribution to the definition of the surface treatment's area budgetKnowledge of specific procedures, organizational and management references in order to cope with the environmental emergenciesKnowledge of the operative modalities for interventions regarding safety at work or with significant potential riskPORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATEEach and every one of us lives, breathes and shapes the success of the company.
You know you are a Luxottican when you recognize yourself in our 4 characteristics (imaginative, passionate, entrepreneurial, simple and fast) and:You have a Master Degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering or Industrial EngineeringYou have at least 3-5 years of experience in complex environments as Manufacturing Engineer, Production Manager, Operation Manager, Unit Manager or similar rolesKnowledge of the main mechanical and chemical processesProject Management and Lean ProductionKnowledge of the productive and non-productive KPIs of a business unitIT numerical SkillsReportingYou are capable to work on several tasks simultaneouslyYou have strong People Management skillsYou are a flexible person, able to adapt in a contest of constant changeYou love challenges and you take your responsibility seriouslyWHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?In Luxottica you have the feeling of being part of a "success story", no matter where you work in the Luxottica world, you can really make an impact.
