About the role Como Head of Accounting serás responsable supervisar y liderar el área asegurando la precisión, integridad y cumplimiento de los informes financieros. Además, este rol desempeña un papel clave en la planificación financiera y en la formulación de estrategias para optimizar los recursos financieros.
What we expect you to do Gestionar y supervisar al equipo, asegurando que todas las actividades contables se realicen de manera precisa y oportuna.
Preparar y revisar los estados financieros de la empresa, incluyendo el balance, el estado de resultados y el flujo de efectivo, garantizando su exactitud y cumplimiento con los estándares contables.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las regulaciones contables y financieras relevantes, incluyendo normativas específicas para fintechs.
Identificar oportunidades para mejorar la eficiencia y la precisión de los procesos contables, implementando herramientas y tecnologías adecuadas.
Supervisar la gestión de la tesorería, incluyendo la gestión de efectivo, inversiones y financiamiento, para garantizar la liquidez adecuada de la empresa.
Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos, como finanzas, tecnología y cumplimiento, para garantizar una coordinación efectiva en todos los aspectos financieros y contables de la empresa.
Realizar análisis financiero para proporcionar información estratégica a la alta dirección y apoyar la toma de decisiones.
Coordinar y colaborar en auditorías internas y externas, asegurando que se cumplan todos los requisitos y recomendaciones.
What we expect you to have Experiencia en roles similares y una sólida formación académica en contabilidad, finanzas. Tener un profundo conocimiento de los principios contables, regulaciones financieras y normativas aplicables nacionales e internacionales. También se espera que tenga experiencia en el uso de software contable y herramientas de análisis financiero.
Tener habilidades sólidas en la gestión de equipos, delegación de tareas, resolución de conflictos y desarrollo de talento. Capacidad para tomar decisiones estratégicas y contribuir al desarrollo de la estrategia financiera de la empresa. Esto implica tomar decisiones informadas que impacten en la rentabilidad, eficiencia y crecimiento de la organización.
Ser capaz de comunicarse de manera efectiva con colegas, superiores, clientes, auditores y otras partes interesadas. Coordinar y facilitar auditorías internas y externas. Esto implica preparar la documentación necesaria, colaborar con los auditores y garantizar que se aborden cualquier hallazgo o problema identificado durante el proceso de auditoría.
