Internal Control Senior Specialist

Position The Internal Control Senior Specialist supports the Internal Control team at establishing controls over the most critical processes and at verifying their effectiveness across Loro Piana Companies. Liaises with the LVMH Internal Control Department, she/he is involved in the continuous alignment with Group requirements and projects.
In cooperation with the other members of the team, he/she will:
Provide controls over the most critical processes steps (retail, inventory, accounting, general compliance, …) in line with the Group Internal Control framework; Perform Audit tests according to the Group and Loro Piana audit programs and specific business needs, in order to verify the coherent adoption of the framework within Loro Piana Companies, sharing results with the processes/controls owners and following-up on pending weaknesses; Develop and update the Risk Assessment, supporting the Top Management in the identification of key risks and mitigating actions; Collaborate at developing and reviewing policies and procedures; Lead / participate at implementing projects in different areas of the organization; Lead / participate at implementing controls relating to Ethics & Compliance (including the "D.Lgs 231" control system) and verify their correct adoption and effectiveness, in co-ownership with other involved Functions; Coordinate the activities (organization and execution) in case of Group Internal Audit assignments and/or other external Audits, as well as the internal management response process, ensuring a proper monitoring of the implementation and execution of the identified remediation plans (HQ & Subsidiaries level); Support the development of the internal control culture and knowledge within the organization. Profile University degree in Economics/Business Administration/Management Engineering Min 5 years of work experience in Audit and/or Internal Control Preferential solid experience in Luxury Goods market and international groups Solid financial background (good knowledge of IFRS environment), strong business and process orientation, relevant experience in retail and/or manufacturing field Strong project management skills Excellent communications skills, dynamic, proactive in approach and strong team player Proficiency with MS Office Suite Fluent English, both spoken and written
