YOUR TEAM
You'd be working in a group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to carry out the research activities of the Foundation. You will be part of a team specialized in robotics purchases, coordinated by the Robotics Area Coordinator Dr. Valentina Rosso and reporting to the Purchase Director, Dr. Enzo Gelati.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Purchasing orders' drafting and management of subsequent related activities; Negotiation of buying terms with vendors; Supplier's Data entry and management. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or a similar discipline; Documented experience (3+ years) in purchase order issuance and supplier's data management; Familiarity with the main IT software packages, including Word and Excel; Cooperative approach with the stakeholders; Accuracy and good analytical skills. ADDITIONAL SKILLS
Previous experience in Accounting in public environment; Knowledge of public procurement laws; Knowledge of SAP tool (MM); Good negotiation and communication skills; Stakeholders oriented; Strong problem solving attitude; High motivation to learn; Spirit of innovation and creativity; Good at time and priority management; Ability to work in a challenging and international environment; Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a highly interdisciplinary and multicultural environment; Good command of spoken and written English.
