La persona sarà collocata all'interno della funzione Facilities Maintenance Operation con lo scopo di condurre e gestire la Manutenzione ed il miglioramento degli impianti di stoccaggio e distribuzione dei gas utilizzati nei processi produttivi.
Attività di responsabilità Conduzione impianti Gas Gestione della manutenzione preventiva e a guasto (anche con l'ausilio di imprese specializzate), per i guasti esecuzione di investigation mirate ad identificare le cause prime e quindi definire le azioni di contenimento e ripristino e i piani di azioni preventive per evitare la ricorrenza del guasto.
Supporto alla conduzione degli impianti: programmazione consegne – sostituzione TT/drums/bombole – mantenimento impianti in ottimo stato di conservazione Gestione delle modifiche e delle attività di miglioramento impianti utilizzando gli strumenti previsti nelle fase di progettazione e di esecuzione e collaudo e messa in esercizio: fmea, hazop, coordinamento lavori, qualifica della modifica dell'impianto/processo Partecipazione alle riunione di pianificazione delle attività di facilities previste Supporto alle funzioni Purchasing / Process Engineer per valutare/qualificare forniture alternative / modifiche impiantistiche Supporto alle funzioni Facilities Improvement – ufficio Tecnico per sviluppo di progetti che coinvolgono gli impianti di stoccaggio e distribuzione dei gas Requisiti Richiesti Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Chimica Ottima conoscenza stesura e lettura PID Predisposizione al problem solving Buona conoscenza del pacchetto software Office Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, parlata e scritta Competenza nella stesura di documentazione tecnica e reportistica Buona capacità espositive dei risultati dell'analisi.
Requisiti Preferenziali 1-2 anni di esperienza; Buona conoscenza autocad – SAP; Buona conoscenza lettura e comprensione schemi elettrici; Completano il profilo capacità di lavoro in autonomia, proattività, buone doti relazionali e flessibilità.
