Each day, you will act as a single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job.
You will also showcase your expertise by leading and delivering responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations/experience.The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid.
This role is contributing to the Electrification Service Division in Italy.
Main stakeholders are customers, planner, and sales colleagues.You will be mainly accountable for:Finalize site activities with the Master Planner, in order to provide proper material and administrative and safety documentationTracking completion of service visits and ensuring all documentation are completed in a timely manner.Collaborating with other coordinators to ensure Field Service Engineers resources are allocated to maximize completion of customer service requests and contract deliveryIdentifying and managing risks, while ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued.Coordinating with the Procurement and Logistics team to procure required services, materials, and equipment.Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a contact point for customer enquiries and an escalation point for project issues.Qualifications for the role You have 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in servicePossess an enhanced knowledge of Switchboards and switchesYou are passionate about Service and commissioningDegree or Technical Diploma in Electro-mechanical fieldYou are at ease communicating in EnglishA collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.More about us We value people from different backgrounds.
