The professional will take care of: Assist the Construction Manager in carrying out all secretarial activities; Draw up meeting minutes and periodic reports; Participate in design and construction site coordination meetings; Computer archiving of project documentation on a shared platform; Management of order mailbox.
The ideal candidate meets the following requirements: Diploma or three-year technical degree; Experience in technical sector; 2-3 years of experience in similar roles; This announcement is addressed to both sexes, people of all ages and nationalities.
