La divisione Engineering di Claire Joster by Eurofirms Group, Società di Ricerca e Selezione del Personale, è alla ricerca di una figura di QUALITY MANAGER per importante realtà settore meccanica di precisione.
Gestire, in sinergia alle indicazioni di sviluppo fornite dalla Direzione, il sistema di assicurazione qualità aziendale di sistema e di prodotto in conformità alle normative cogenti/applicabili e agli standard tecnici richiesti dai clienti, sviluppando metodiche volte a garantire il consolidamento e la trasmissione del know-how aziendale Responsabilità Principali: Gestire le risorse dirette di reparto in modo efficiente e produttivo.
Gestire non conformità interne ed esterne ed analisi dei relativi costi.
Ottimizzare i processi aziendali attraverso la loro misurazione ed il loro miglioramento continuo.
Assicurare che l'azienda operi in osservanza degli standard applicabili sia di sistema che di prodotto curandone le certificazioni relative.
Consolidare l'esperienza raccolta durante le produzioni prototipali.
Relazioni con fornitori, clienti, consulenti tecnici, enti di certificazione e controllo.
Garantisce che le cause generanti le non conformità rilevate sui prodotti e sui processi siano adeguatamente comprese e risolte.
Pianifica e coordina le azioni correttive raccogliendone i costi e ne valida l'esito finale prima di autorizzare il rientro del prodotto nel ciclo produttivo.
Cura la gestione dei reclami del cliente.
È responsabile per la definizione dei parametri principali che governano i processi aziendali, per la misurazione dei KPI di processo, collabora con la Direzione per la pianificazione delle azioni strategiche atte al loro miglioramento.
Verifica che i processi siano adeguatamente disciplinati mediante procedure, ne standardizza la documentazione a supporto, ne garantisce l'applicazione, la ripetibilità e la conformità ai requisiti attraverso audit di sistema.
Garantisce circa la puntualità e la rintracciabilità delle registrazioni della qualità, dalle fasi iniziali di collaudo in accettazione fino alla validazione del prodotto con i test finali.
Avvalendosi del supporto delle risorse tecniche che ha a disposizione e della collaborazione dell'Ufficio Tecnico, genera la reportistica di commessa necessaria alla certificazione finale dei prodotti e ne autorizza il rilascio previa verifica di conformità.
