Per la nostra sede di Isola Vicentina (VI) stiamo cercando un / una Connected Solutions Service Expert da inserire nell'ente Technical Service Support.
L'obiettivo dellaposizione è di sviluppare progetti di servizi connessi e distribuire le relative offerte.
In qualità di specialista dei servizi connessi, in un perimetro d'azione internazionale, la persona che stiamo cercando fornirà un supporto avanzato in ambito IoT occupandosi della configurazione dei prodotti collegati, della raccolta e trasmissione dei dati al cloud e della loro analisi.
Inoltre, sarà incaricata di creare ed erogare la formazione agli esperti di campo.
Le principali mansioni saranno: Contribuire alla definizione delle specifiche per le nuove soluzioni digitali Gestire l'implementazione e lo sviluppo delle soluzioni / offerte digitali Creare procedure / documentazione tecnica a supporto delle attività del service Fornire supporto tecnico avanzato su soluzioni digitali al network service Socomec Creare moduli di training ed erogare la relativa formazione al network service Socomec sia in modalità remota che in presenza Requisiti: Laurea ingegneristica o affine con specializzazione in IoT o percorso accademico similare (es.
Master specialistico) Esperienze lavorative pregresse con prodotti connessi Conoscenza delle diverse modalità di connettività di Ethernet, LoRa, reti IT e protocolli di comunicazione Conoscenza delle architetture cloud ed edge Capacità di progettare, scrivere ed erogare corsi di formazione in lingua inglese (livello minimo B2) Altri requisiti: Capacità di lavorare in un team distribuito e internazionale Approccio intraprendente e flessibile Disponibilità a trasferte per il 25% del tempo La conoscenza del francese costituisce un plus valore Benefits: Ambiente dinamico Contesto internazionale con una lunga storia di innovazione e tecnologia Specifico onboarding e affiancamento iniziale Formazione continua Smart working e flessibilità oraria Welfare aziendale #J-18808-Ljbffr
