Responsibilities - Deliver outstanding customer service in Italian through various communication channels' including phone' email' and live chat' helping clients with inquiries about our luxury jewelry pieces.
- Efficiently process customer orders' manage inquiries' and handle returns to ensure a seamless experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism' focusing on achieving optimal customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately' maintaining detailed records of inquiries and resolutions to provide continuity of service.
