Descrizione del Lavoro Il nostro cliente è una azienda storica del territorio che realizza su più stabilimenti macchine elettromeccaniche per il settore edilizia. Ha una distribuzione internazionale ed è caratterizzata da una costante in termini di struttura e Ricerca e Sviluppo. Ha sede nelle vicinanze di Pieve di Soligo (TV).

Ci ha incaricato di ricercare una/o R&D Mechanical Engineer. Il nostro candidato andrà a rispondere alla Direzione di Gruppo e, all'interno del R&D Team, sarà autonomo nelle attività di ricerca, sviluppo e progettazione del parco macchine/prodotti:

Esecuzione dei disegni attraverso l'utilizzo di piattaforme di SolidWorks; Definizione delle specifiche tecniche; Scelta dei materiali e delle soluzioni più adeguate alla realizzazione del progetto; Processi di ideazione, sviluppo preliminare e definitivo; Industrializzazione del prodotto; Certificazioni di prodotto e supporto dell'installazione. Seguirà inoltre come project manager l'industrializzazione e customizzazione del parco macchine relativamente ai progetti seguiti individualmente. Con costante attività di ricerca, garantirà gli aggiornamenti dell'evoluzione tecnologica dei componenti e delle tecnologie applicate al settore merceologico nel quale opera l'azienda.

Requisiti Si richiede:

Pregressa e comprovata esperienza nel ruolo; Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o titolo tecnico equivalente; Conoscenza del disegno industriale, SolidWorks o modellatore analogo; Spiccate capacità decisionali, organizzative, di analisi e di sintesi, di orientamento all'innovazione; Basi di project management.
