L'attenzione e la puntualità nelle consegne hanno un impatto sulla customer experience.Per questo il nostro team di Logistica e distribuzione dei prodotti gioca un ruolo centrale nella nostra strategia che mette al centro il cliente, sia in store che online.Entra in stage nel team Distribution & Logistics Operations Ecommerce e comprenderai le dinamiche della logistica in ambito ecommerce.Supportando l'analisi dei flussi logistici, ti formerai in particolare su alcuni ambiti di attività: Recepire i piani di lungo periodo dal Planning e definire gli obiettivi di produzione di medio-breve termine dei reparti produttivi sotto la sua responsabilitàMonitorare la coerenza del piano operativo definito dal fornitore con le necessità di OVS, sia dal punto di vista quantitativo che qualitativo Garantire il rispetto del Livello di Servizio (SLA) attraverso il monitoraggio giornaliero degli indicatori di performance (KPI's) dei reparti produttiviDefinire le strategie di posizionamento degli stock nelle diverse aree e controllare la corretta allocazione Valutare con sguardo critico i processi, le procedure e gli strumenti fisici e informatici sotto la sua responsabilità per migliorarli costantemente (continuous improvement), allineandoli alle nuove esigenze aziendali in coordinamento con la funzione di Process EngineeringNon esitare a candidarti soprattutto se hai:Un percorso di studi in Ingegneria Gestionale o Economia, e/o un Master in LogisticaBuona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese In OVS SpA troverai un'azienda strutturata, un ambiente dinamico e fortemente orientato al risultato.Stiamo innovando la tradizione, con un forte investimento sulle nuove tecnologie, per offrire a clienti e dipendenti un'esperienza sempre più completa e digitale, senza trascurare l'attenzione per l'ambiente, il futuro e la sostenibilità.Ti garantiamo inoltre un percorso di selezione equo ed inclusivo, per offrire pari opportunità di accesso al lavoro.WEAR YOUR CHANCEWe are your chance
