Ricerca per i suoi mercati esteri (principalmente Francia e Germania) Principali responsabilità unBrand Development Manager, la figura avrà la responsabilità di sviluppare e consolidare il marchio a livello internazionale, con particolare focus su Francia e Germania. Le sue principali responsabilità saranno:Valutare le esigenze commerciali:Analizzare i mercati internazionali per identificare le opportunità di crescita e sviluppo del brand Nomination.Organizzare il training delle risorse:Sviluppare e implementare programmi di formazione per le risorse commerciali, al fine di garantire una conoscenza approfondita del brand e dei suoi prodotti.Curare il lato Visual del brand:Assicurare la coerenza della comunicazione visiva del brand Nomination in tutti i canali di marketing e comunicazione, in linea con l'immagine e i valori del brand.Collaborare con il team marketing:Collaborare con il team marketing aziendale per lo sviluppo e l'implementazione di campagne di marketing e comunicazione efficaci nei mercati di riferimentoMonitorare i risultati:Monitorare le performance del brand nei mercati di riferimento e redigere report periodici con i risultati ottenuti.Principali caratteristiche richiesteLaurea in Marketing, Comunicazione o discipline affini o percorso professionale allineatoAlmeno 2 anni di esperienza come Brand Manager o in un ruolo simile in un'azienda di beni di consumoEsperienza lavorativa in mercati internazionaliOttima conoscenza del francese o del tedesco, sia scritto che parlatoForte creatività e capacità di problem solvingOttime capacità di comunicazione e interpersonaliCapacità di lavorare in modo autonomo e in teamStai cercando un Brand Development Manager per la tua azienda?
