Licorne Society has been commissioned by a fast-growing startup to help them find their Head of Sales for Italy.
One of our clients is looking for a Head of Sales for the Italian market.
You will be joining an Italian digital acquisition agency that has been bought by an independent European group aiming to become the global leader in digital acquisition.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage one person on the sales team
- Potentially recruit additional team members as the company grows
- Oversee the entire sales cycle in the Italian market
- Coordinate at the European level to help standardize processes with the headquarters
**Profile**
- You have at least 7 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in the digital agency sector
- You are fluent in Italian and English
- You have some managerial experience or a strong desire to become a manager
- You possess excellent oral and written communication skills
