**:
- We are looking for a dynamic and strategic marketing executive to join our Direct Subscriptions & CRM Team.
In this role, you will play a key role in the definition and implementation of DAZN marketing strategy and the customer relationship activities to grow our revenues and market share.
You will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with our business objectives and deliver an outstanding local offer in tuning with effective customer value management.

**As our new Marketing Executive, you'll have the opportunity to**:
- Deliver excellent customer experiences throughout DAZN ecosystem to enhance customer lifetime value
- Optimise user journeys on the platform and identify new opportunities to maximize KPI's across all DAZN acquisitions channels and meet business targets
- Analyze market trends, Customer Base KPI's, consumer behavior and competitive landscape to support strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts
- Contribute to planning and execution of marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with Product, Rights, Brand, Content and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless customer journeys
**You'll have**:
- Demonstrable experience in digital marketing roles, preferably within the media industry
- Expertise in digital marketing, customer experience and data analysis
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Outstanding organizational, planning and time-management skills
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Passion for sports and entertainment
- Strategic thinker with analytical mindset
- Being familiar with subscription-based business models
