Per ampliamento della nostra struttura interna, siamo alla ricerca di un PEM - Project Engineering Manager con un background nella programmazione, da coinvolgere nei nostri progetti interni.
Con chi lavorerai e di cosa ti occuperai Coordinerai il lavoro degli sviluppatori collaborando con il Project Manager per la raccolta delle esigenze del cliente e la stesura della documentazione tecnica.
Supervisionerai il lavoro del team di sviluppo assicurandoti che le attività siano pianificate, assegnate e completate in modo efficace e tempestivo.
Ti occuperai di sviluppo e manutenzione di applicazioni web complesse, facendo leva sulla tua conoscenza pregressa di programmazione.
Gestirai i requisiti dei clienti, assicurandoti che il prodotto finale soddisfi le loro esigenze e aspettative.
Fornirai soluzioni tecniche e consulenza al team di sviluppo e al cliente.
Gestirai l'intero ciclo di vita delle soluzioni IT di competenza.
Requisiti richiesti Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo e progettazione di soluzioni complesse in Java.
Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nella progettazione di architetture complesse e/o a microservizi.
Solida conoscenza di Java e dei suoi framework più comuni, come Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate e JPA.
Conoscenza delle pratiche di DevOps e CI/CD.
Conoscenza approfondita di vari sistemi operativi e database.
Esperienza in progettazione ingegneristica.
Esperienza in project management.
Ottime doti di comunicazione.
Ottime capacità organizzative e di leadership.
Capacità di gestione del tempo e dei task.
Problem-solving.
Voglia di trasmettere la propria esperienza alle figure junior.
Cosa offriamo Contratto di assunzione con RAL (38k - 45k).
Ticket Restaurant fissi mensili.
Formazione tecnica e certificazioni in linea con il profilo.
Luogo di lavoro: Roma in modalità ibrida in base alle esigenze personali e di progetto.
Impegno full time.
