We aim to minimize our environmental impact across all our operations and to address societal challenges in the way we conduct our business.As Production Coordinator at our Italy office in Empoli, Florence, you will ensure timely and efficient coordination of production, industrialization, and development processes for the leather goods and accessory categories (such as bags, small leather goods, eyewear, jewellery, belts, etc).

You will be a part of a team of colleagues with diverse roles and backgrounds, each with their unique skills and experiences.WHAT YOU WILL DOAs Production Coordinator, you will report to the Senior Production Manager.
You will play a vital role by:Coordinate seasonal material bulk placement, management, and delivery of designated product categories.Monitor the progress of raw materials, BOM approvals, and lead times of industrialization.Create, update, and follow-up on industrialization retro-planning, by weekly follow-up releases for production.Oversee raw material moulds and masters.Manage bulk testing with external suppliers and follow-up on customer claims with the internal quality team.Support the senior production manager with season analysis to optimize production planning.Coordinate with related teams that all suppliers are working according to specified terms and conditions.Maintain balanced communication and a good working process with cross departments and external suppliers.WHO YOU AREYou have high aspirations and focus on details that create substantial impact.

If these qualities speak to you, we would love to have you on our team.Specific personal qualities for this role:Efficient, organized, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally.Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.Specific experience and knowledge for this role:Academic degree from business school and/or leather goods education.Minimum 2 years' experience in product development or production, preferably from high-end fashion brands.Understanding of supplier relationships and experience of working with suppliers.Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Italian.Highly proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.Experience from working in AX and PLM is a merit.Good planning and coordination skills.Fluent in English.What matters most to us is not whether you master all the listed knowledge and skills.
