Mission: Ascoltare ed identificare le esigenze del cliente affinchè queste ultime siano chiare e ben condivise con il team di Definire gli obiettivi di qualità dell'offerta e del progetto Supportare e allineare il team di progetto sui metodi e sugli strumenti di qualità necessari per raggiungere gli obiettivi di robustezza, soddisfazione del cliente e qualità.
Assicurarsi che le richieste e requisiti richiesti dal cliente siano implementati nelle diverse fasi di progettazione What will you do?
Garantire la migliore applicazione del sistema di Project Management di riferimento (Offer and Technology Process, Project Management Process) e verrà coinvolta in Progetti di piccole o grandi dimensioni, definiti attraverso l'OLM (Gestione del Ciclo di vita dell'Offerta).
Riportare periodicamente risultati e attività svolte sia livello corporate che di plant, confrontandosi con il Quality Manager ed utilizzando dove richiesto sistemi definiti dal gruppo.
Assistere il Project Manager nell'adattamento dei processi di gestione del progetto (Project Management Process), nell'animazione, nella gestione dei rischi del progetto, nelle lezioni apprese e nel processo decisionale.
Stabilire il piano di qualità relativo ai progetti di riferimento, ottenere convalida dal progetto e guidarne l'esecuzione.
Segnalare all'Offer Quality eventuali problemi sollevati dai clienti durante la fase di progetto (interviste, test sul campo....).
Assicurarsi che i processi siano compresi e ben applicati dal team di progetto Assicurarsi che le scelte di progetto per il PMP siano rigorosamente rispettate dal team di progetto Assicurarsi che il piano della qualità sia pienamente coerente con il budget e il calendario del progetto.

Laurea in Ingegneria Elettronica, Informatica o similari Pacchetto Microsoft Office Strumenti, tecniche e modelli per il miglioramento della qualità ERP system Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata (B2) Disponibilità a trasferte anche all'estero Esperienza pregressa in ambito qualità, verrà considerato un plus l'esperienza pregressa su progetti in ambito qualità e la conoscenza delle metodologie applicate sugli stessi quali: Lean 6 sigma: è considerato positivamente il possesso della certificazione yellow belt o green belt Project risk assessment What's in it for me?
