Continually improve the quality of research tools and processes within the function to support the delivery of consumer centric insights.ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEPrevious minimum 2 years of experience.Mandatory Market Research experience within an agencyMasters degree in a related field (., Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Market Research, or a similar discipline).Strong Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBi knowledge;Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with an aptitude for identifying patterns, trends, and insights from various sources.Strong collaboration skills and a proactive attitude, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas to diverse audiences Proficient level of spoken and written English & Italian.WE ARE BATAt BAT, we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
