CONTRACT LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATION EXPERT Il nostro cliente è un'azienda dal respiro internazionale, player multi-settore su tutto il territorio italiano, attenta alle tematiche di sostenibilità e benessere. Si caratterizza per eccellenza e innovazione nelle operazioni tecnologiche automatizzate.
La figura che stiamo cercando andrà a:
gestire le fatture dei fornitori dalla ricezione al pagamento e registrarle nel libro mastro; individuare nuovi fornitori e gestire delle relazioni in termini di mansioni amministrative; elaborare e registrare merci in entrata e in uscita e lavorare alla creazione di report correlati; monitorare le scorte e gli ordini in entrata/in uscita; gestire il controllo amministrativo del movimento delle merci all'interno del magazzino, la parte amministrativa dell'inventario del magazzino e la corretta archiviazione di documenti; promuovere e sostenere i programmi aziendali in materia di conformità e riservatezza dei dati con il cliente. Requisiti: conoscenza approfondita di Excel; preferibile conoscenza SAP; inglese livello B2. Contratto: Inserimento diretto in azienda, disponibilità a lavorare su orari giornalieri dal lunedì al venerdì compresi tra le 8,30 e le 18.
