Il nostro cliente è una fra le principali realtà multinazionali informatiche operanti nel suo settore di riferimento. Con l'obiettivo di supportare il dipartimento AFC, siamo stati incaricati di ricercare un/una Accounting Manager. Il tuo nuovo ruolo Riportando direttamente al Group CFO, e coordinando un team, dovrai occuparti di: Gestire e supervisionare le attività amministrative e contabili (Contabilità Generale, Contabilità Clienti, Contabilità Fornitori) e coordinare le relative risorse. Redigere bilanci intermedi e annuali (in autonomia o in collaborazione con la società esterna), assicurando la correttezza delle scritture contabili. Predisporre le relazioni per il bilancio consolidato della società controllante quotata. Gestire gli adempimenti fiscali con il supporto dei consulenti esterni. Predisporre e garantire i dati nel rispetto degli obblighi fiscali dell'azienda e aggiornare i libri contabili, fiscali e societari obbligatori. Supportare il CFO nella gestione degli organi sociali, in caso di operazioni straordinarie (aumenti di capitale, piani di incentivazione, ecc.), e nella diffusione delle informazioni regolamentate. Gestire i rapporti con le filiali estere. Monitorare la tesoreria e la gestione dei flussi di cassa. Implementare strategie e processi per migliorare l'efficienza del dipartimento. Il candidato ideale ha una laurea in materie economico-finanziarie e ha maturato un'esperienza di almeno 8-10 anni all'interno di primarie società di consulenza e realtà multinazionali mediamente strutturate. Si richiede una solida conoscenza di Excel, dei principali gestionali ERP, e preferibilmente dei principi contabili internazionali IAS/IFRS. Completano il profilo la capacità di lavorare efficacemente all'interno di un team, di gestire correttamente le scadenze e di relazionarsi efficacemente con più funzioni aziendali. La conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese rappresenta un requisito indispensabile per accedere alla selezione.
