Senior Accountant: · Be responsible for all accounting activities of Italy and financial operation.
· Coordinate the financial accounting, including Accounts Payable and Receivable, General Ledger to ensure timely & accurate monthly financial closing according to local GAAP.
· Prepare the monthly/annual financial statement according to HQ reporting format, perform financial analysis and budget management.
· Perform financial management functions, including cashflow planning, accounts receivable/credit control management and so on.
· Liaise with external auditors to complete the audit and filing of the annual financial statements of the ITALY legal entity.
· Cooperate with the tax office to complete tax declarations or related requirements from tax authorities and manage tax risks.
· Liaise with the local government agencies, bankers, solicitors, company secretary and suppliers for financial and administrative related matters.
· Streamline finance/accounting process/SOP when needed.
Qualifications and Experience: · Studies in economics/business administration with a focus on finance or comparable commercial qualifications.
· Minimum 5 years' experience in finance/accounting/audit, with a minimum of 2 years accounting experience in ITALY.
· Good knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS.
· Strong communication skills.
· Good command of Italian and English; Chinese is an advantage.
· Advanced knowledge of Excel and analytical skills.
