Performance Marketing Lead Consultant

We are looking for an experienced **Senior Paid Media Specialist** with a proven track record in managing international campaigns for high-budget clients (over €1M annual media spend), to lead the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns for top ecommerce clients (2M+ media budget).
This is a part-time position for approximately 6 months, with the potential for an extended collaboration.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Strategically plan, execute, and optimize full funnel paid media campaigns across multiple platforms for international ecommerce clients, including but not limited to **Meta Ads, Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, TikTok Ads, Spotify Advertising, DV360**, and **programmatic advertising**.
- Leverage a **data-driven approach** to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to continuously improve performance.
- Inspire and **mentor**junior and mid seniority team members, fostering growth and building a culture of excellence.
- Develop and implement clear, effective methodologies to maximize ROI while maintaining creativity and relevance.
- Collaborate with the team to establish best practices and drive knowledge-sharing across the organization.
**What We're Looking For**:
- **15+ years of experience** in paid media advertising, with significant expertise in both traditional and emerging platforms.
- A strong background in **international environments**, managing campaigns for large-scale clients.
Experience in the ecommerce B2C / FMCG sector and in top media agencies would be a plus.
- Demonstrable success in handling **high-budget strategy, media planning and execution**.
- **Growth-oriented** and** data driven**, with a deep understanding of metrics, KPIs, and the analytics needed to inform strategic decisions.
- **Leadership**and **team management** experience, with the ability to lead with clarity and purpose.
