Support Pqm

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Managing and responding to complaints, with a problem solving approach
– Provide support in the drafting of project documents such as Flowchart/CP/FMEA
– Drafting and updating of control specifications from CPs, defect catalogues, operating instructions and documentation in the area of Quality;
– Support in the management of customer requirements
– Process/Supplier Audit (VDA 6.3 and IATF)
– Development of improvement plans in cooperation with Engineering and Production
– Preparation of quality statistics during project reviews and Safe Launch;
– Technical support to engineering in aspects concerning the production process of new projects and in the selection of the most suitable control methods;
– Feasibility support with statistical analysis and MSA on similar products and features.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: – Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering;
– At least 1 year's experience in companies in the oil & gas sector and manufacturing contexts characterised by mass production;
– Ability to read technical/mechanical drawings;
– Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 management systems;
– Knowledge of the main Quality tools;
– Excellent English (C1-B2);
– Excellent interpersonal skills;
– Strong organisational and problem-solving skills;
– Dynamism and flexibility;
– Autonomy in managing activities and priorities;
– Proactivity;
– Listening skills;
– Availability for travel in Italy and abroad;
– Analytical skills.
DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS:
– Engineering degree
– Experience in OIL&GAS plants/building sites.
