Mission Il/la Service Technician è un/una tecnico-trasfertista esperto/a.
La persona presterà assistenza tecnica e manutentiva presso i siti dei clienti distribuiti in tutta Italia e occasionalmente all'estero, diventando un vero e proprio punto di riferimento e consulente tecnico.
Si occuperà principalmente di attività di installazione, manutenzione, analisi, risoluzioni guasti, ammodernamenti di apparecchiature di distribuzione elettrica (quadri, interruttori e relè di protezione MT e BT).
What will you do?
assistenza tecnica e/o interventi di diagnostica su apparecchiature guaste (siano esse in garanzia o meno) manutenzione ordinaria, preventiva e predittiva su prodotti specifici attività di revamping, ampliamento e/o adeguamento di impianti esistenti Attività di installazione e commissioning di Quadri MT/BT e dei relativi relè di protezione Configurazione dei prodotti in accordo alle specifiche tecniche Redazione dei report di fine lavori Consulenza ai clienti e identificazione di possibile migliorie ad Asset e/o impianti.
Il focus sulla sicurezza è la priorità più importante di ogni giornata lavorativa; Le capacità relazionali sia verso i clienti sia verso colleghi e partner sono alla base del profilo ricercato, come anche le capacità di problem solving.
Esegue la mappatura della base installata e raccoglie le informazioni necessarie per assistere al meglio i clienti e diventa promotore del marchio Schneider Electric.
Si occupa di emettere i report di quanto eseguito sul campo, promuovendo la manutenzione preventiva e le future opportunità sulla base delle informazioni raccolte.
What will help you to be successful?
Conoscenza e capacità di lettura ed interpretazione degli schemi elettrici Conoscenza e capacità di lettura base di uno studio di selettività fornito da studio di ingegneria Importante esperienza pregressa in lavori di Installazione/manutenzione/aggiornamenti/risoluzione guasti su quadri e interruttori MT/BT.
Conoscenze di base dei relè di protezione MT/BT e loro relativa programmazione Mentalità focalizzata sul cliente con una forte capacità di ascolto.
Forte senso di responsabilità e spirito di iniziativa, automotivato e proattivo.
Capacità di adattarsi in un ambiente fortemente dinamico, quale il service e costantemente esposto ad esigenze operative e di servizio.
Eccellenti abilità comunicative ed interpersonali.
Ottima capacità di lavoro e collaborazione in Team Discreta conoscenza inglese tecnico sia scritto che parlato.
