Per società cliente operante nel settore industriale e nautico, ricerchiamo per la sede direzionale di Milano e piu' precisamente a Cesano Boscone, una risorsa da inserire nel team del Service. La risorsa ricercata si occuperà di : Gestione problematiche tecniche su motori Volvo Penta Fornire assistenza di II livello, ausilio e consulenza ai cantieri nautici che installano motori Volvo Penta su nuove imbarcazioni Garantire supporto tecnico alla rete di officine autorizzate dislocate fra Lombardia, Piemonte, Valle D'Aosta, Liguria (26 officine attualmente) Fornire supporto tecnico allo staff nelle fasi di offerta e vendita ai clienti Organizzare corsi di formazione verso la rete di officine autorizzate Configurazione motori c/o cliente Gestione garanzie rete autorizzata di competenza territoriale (gestione claim la quale divisione commessa trattata sul gestionale aziendale). Tali garanzie vengono redatte su sistema informatico ma in inglese.   Il profilo ricercato possiede :   - esperienza anche minima nel ruolo - formazione tecnica in ambito meccanico/elettronico - capacità di lettura schemi elettrici per motori marini e/o industriali e impianti di bordo - capacità manuali - buona conoscenza inglese tecnico sia per lettura che scrittura - buona conoscenza strumenti informatici - flessibilità - puntualità, senso pratico - disponibilità a brevi trasferte ma costanti (65.000km/annui) - gradita la patente nautica per motore 12 miglia   Si offre contratto a tempo indeterminato. by helplavoro.it
