PosizioneLa risorsa sarà responsabile dello sviluppo e dell'implementazione delle strategie di marketing per ottimizzare la visibilità dei nostri prodotti presso i punti vendita e stimolare la crescita delle vendite.
Supporterà il Team di Trade Marketing nell'implementazione di materiali di merchandising, comunicazione e piani marketing.
Nello specifico:Sviluppo della strategia e implementazione del piano di merchandising nei negozi RetailerGestire e coordinare attività promozionali in-store (offerte speciali, display, campagne stagionali, etc.
).Sviluppo creatività ad hoc per i diversi supporti/piani mktg dei RetailerProduzione materiali POP (poster, vetrofanie, expo, etc) ad hoc per i diversi canali di vendita e in supporto alle strategie promozionaliMonitorare e analizzare i dati di vendita e il comportamento dei consumatori per misurare l'efficacia delle attività e ottimizzare le performanceCoordinamento con Account e forza vendita per implementazione attività e per assicurarsi che le strategie marketing siano ben integratePreparazione presentazioni e materiali informativi per la forza venditaSupporto nella gestione del Budget Trade MarketingOrganizzare e supportare il lancio di nuovi prodotti, assicurandosi che vengano posizionati correttamente nei punti vendita con un attento studio degli assortimenti e planogrammiSviluppo progetti ad hoc di merchandising e Pop-up storeCaratteristiche del candidatoRequisiti tecnici e conoscenze informaticheSono requisiti fondamentali:Laurea triennale ad indirizzo economico o comunicazione/marketingEsperienza di almeno 3/4 anni nel settore o in ruoli affiniOttima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolar modo di Excel e Power PointOttima padronanza della lingua ingleseOttime capacità di analisi dati e pianificazioneCompletano il profilo:Capacità analitiche, creatività e propensione al problem solvingProattività, orientamento ai risultati e capacità di gestione del tempoSpiccate capacità relazionali e predisposizione al team working, relazionandosi con diverse figure della sede italiana e con HQ con sede in FranciaAttitudine a lavorare con dinamicità e sotto stress, rispettando le deadlineE' richiesta la conoscenza delle seguenti lingue:Italiano: madrelinguaInglese: (B2)Titolo di studio: Laurea triennale o magistraleTipo candidato: Laureato con esperienza #J-18808-Ljbffr
