BA Booth; Agenzia di eventi Photobooth e servizi innovativi nell'ambito della fotografia è video con sede a Milano, ricerca un Junior Event Producer appassionato, innovativo e dedicato.
La Persona designata sarà affiancata da un senior producer e dovrà supportare nelle seguenti task.
Collaborare su task di back office relativa a eventi in corso e gestione di un calendario
- Collaborare sui progetti per garantire la coerenza e la consegna tempestiva delle risorse
- Collaborare con agenzie esterne per la produzione creativa.
Ricerca e stabilire rapporti con nuovi fornitori
- Partecipare alla negoziazione dei contratti, supportando il Production and Event Manager ove richiesto
- Coordinare la pre produzione ed eventuale produzione dell' evento.
Requisiti di lavoro
- Esperienza di lavoro con team creativi durante l'intero ciclo di vita della produzione, dal briefing alla consegna finale
- Forti capacità di gestione del tempo, organizzazione e risoluzione dei problemi
- Conoscenza dell'attrezzatura fotográfica e video
- Ottima conoscenza del lavoro creativo integrato a 360 gradi, con una buona conoscenza di tutti i canali, inclusi (ma non limitati a) sfilate di moda, riprese di contenuti creativi, eventi
- Essere in grado di tenere traccia di più progetti simultanei e fornire aggiornamenti tempestivi
- Fluente in inglese e italiano
- Conoscenza di Microsoft Office, Adobe e Creative Cloud Tipo del contratto CONTRATTO DI APPRENDISTATO - under h settimana.
Contratto di lavoro: Apprendistato
Stipendio: €1.323,00 - €1.468,00 al mese
Orario:
- Dal lunedì al venerdì
