In qualità di impiegato addetto alla spedizione/ricezione, dovrete garantire il flusso puntuale di merci e materiali dalla ricezione all'inventario e dalla produzione ai clienti.
Fornirà supporto alle spedizioni, alla pianificazione, alle vendite e alle operazioni.
Il vostro ruolo:
- Ricevere e disimballare le spedizioni, verificarne l'accuratezza e registrare correttamente la spedizione.
- Segnalare i problemi relativi alle merci ricevute al Controllo inventario e all'Acquirente.
- Creare, aggiornare ed elaborare ordini di spedizione e ricezione cartacei e online da fornitori e clienti nazionali e internazionali.
- Coordinare i ritiri, tracciare le spedizioni e risolvere i problemi contattando i fornitori e le società di spedizione.
- Eseguire revisioni periodiche dell'inventario per garantire l'equilibrio del magazzino.
- Mantenere archivi cartacei organizzati e aggiornati per garantire che gli altri possano individuare rapidamente i documenti.
- Seguire procedure dettagliate in modo ordinato, accurato e coerente.

Il vostro profilo:
- Conoscenza di base della gestione del magazzino
- Esperienza e/o formazione correlata
- Esperienza con Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Forte attenzione ai dettagli
- Preferibile esperienza con i carrelli elevatori
- Esperienza con sistemi ERP / MRP come PRMS o SAP.
- È auspicabile una precedente esperienza con i sistemi online di FedEx, UPS e altri vettori.
- Può essere richiesto di sollevare o spingere fino a 50 libbre
- Diploma HS / GED e / o 0-2 anni di esperienza nel settore
