Internship Compliance

We are looking for a** Compliance Intern** to join our team
**Duties and responsibilities**
Support the Compliance Team to ensure compliance and consistency with the GDPR and with our ISO quality system:
- Maintenance of documentation (data Inventory, data processing register, list of existing DPAs, DPIAs, etc.
)
- Improve employees' awareness of all compliance requirements
- Development and implementation of programs and processes to ensure full compliance with the GDPR
- oversee Compliance program for all Healthware Group legal entities (including countries outside of Italy)
- Support in internal audit activities
- Support the maintenance of tools and reporting systemCollaborate with business and operations to guarantee that compliance standards are met and carefully monitored
**Skills and Competencies**
- Fluent English and Italian (B2/C1)
- Planning and organizational skills, including ability to work on multiple projects
- Strong orientation to teamwork
- Learning agility
- Attention to details
**Qualifications and Education**
- Master's degree in Law or Management Engineering or Economics
- Master in Corporate Law Or in Economics, Finance & Risk Management is a plus
