PROJECT MANAGER DI COMMESSA
Il ruolo:
La risorsa collaborerà con il Contract Manager del Gruppo e si occuperà della gestione delle commesse assegnate per clienti pubblici; a titolo esemplificativo, gestirà le commesse relative all'installazione di impianti di condizionamento/riscaldamento presso Comuni/Regioni/Ospedali. In particolare, si occuperà di:
Supportare il Contract Manager nella pianificazione esecutiva del servizio e dei lavori e ne assicura l'attuazione e l'implementazione; Allocare e gestire il personale operativo; Monitorare i costi e le tempistiche di commessa; Gestire il rapporto con la struttura tecnica del cliente; Assicurare la completezza della rendicontazione delle attività. Requisiti:
Laurea Triennale/Magistrale in Ingegneria Energetica, Elettrica, Meccanica, Industriale o titoli affini;
Esperienza di almeno 10 anni nella gestione di commesse per clienti pubblici e privati;
Conoscenza del Codice Appalti e dei principi di contabilità pubblica;
Preferibile esperienza nel settore energy;
Luogo di lavoro: Roma (RM).
La risorsa selezionata seguirà le commesse aziendali per clienti pubblici in particolar modo localizzate nel Lazio, Umbria, Abruzzo, Marche, Molise, Sardegna.
Potrà svolgere delle trasferte giornaliere o della durata di pochi giorni alla settimana, a seconda della distanza del cantiere da supervisionare.
L'azienda offre inserimento diretto in organico.
Previsti buoni pasto dal valore di 7,50 euro per giorno lavorato, macchina aziendale ad uso promiscuo e welfare annuale come da CCNL, pc e telefono aziendale.
