Job Description Sarà considerato requisito preferenziale l'appartenenza alle categorie protette (legge n. 68/99) Job Title: QC Technician II (fixed term) Location: Rieti OBIETTIVI/SCOPO Il job holder esegue test microbiologici su tutti gli intermedi di processo, bulk product e campioni di monitoraggio ambientale Partecipa ad attività di validazione Lavora assicurando l'integrità dei dati e la conformità alle SOPs locali, Specifiche, FDA, GLP e cGMP RESPONSABILITA' Esegue test microbiologici su materie prime, intermedi di processo, bulk product, verifica delle cleaning e campioni di monitoraggio ambientale usando strumenti di laboratorio e sistemi computerizzati per l'esecuzione dei test e per la registrazione dei dati Esegue test per attività di qualifica e validazione per progetti di stabilimento Contribuisce al mantenimento delle attività LeanLab e 5S Ricopre il ruolo di EVENT initiatior Supporta il mantenimento dell'archivio documentale relativa al proprio reparto, inclusa la responsabilità di prelievo e distruzione dei documenti DIMENSIONI E ASPETTI Esperienza tecnico/funzionale Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e dei principali applicativi informatici Ottime capacità di team working Leadership Essere Positivo Essere Responsabile Essere Orientato ai Risultati Processi ed Autonomia decisionale Il dipendente deve mostrare attitudine al problem solving per la gestione e l'analisi dei dati analitici ottenuti Il dipendente deve valutare la bontà del dato analitico Interazione Quality Assurance /Quality Operations/Manufacturing/Engineering (Validation Department)/Procurement Local IT Laboratory contractors and Vendor Innovazione Conoscenza dei metodi analitici e degli strumenti analitici in uso Complessità Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente controllato GMP e conoscenza dei requisiti e dei rischi associati con l'ambiente di laboratorio Manipolazione di materiale biologico pericoloso FORMAZIONE E COMPETENZE: Laurea in Chimica e Tecnologia Farmaceutiche, Scienze Biologiche o equivalenti More about us: At Takeda, we are transforming patient care through the development of novel specialty pharmaceuticals and best in class patient support programs.
