Il business Wealth Management, Investment Management e Insurance di Risk Advisory si occupa di offrire servizi a banche, intermediari finanziari ed assicurativi su ambiti tematici quali: servizi di investimento ed assicurativi, private banking & wealth management, consumer protection, asset management e market abuse. Accompagniamo i clienti nella definizione e implementazione dei processi aziendali, con focus particolare sul Sistema dei Controlli Interni, per affrontare specifiche criticità in tema di compliance normativa.
Il/La Manager/Senior Manager ricoprirà un ruolo strategico: guidando un team, condividendo il suo know-how e approccio, sarà responsabile delle relazioni con il cliente favorendo lo sviluppo del business occupandosi di:
Analisi del framework regolamentare di riferimento per i servizi sia in ambito europeo che nazionale (MiFID, IDD, CRR-CRD, BRRD-IRRD, ESAs guidelines, ECB guidelines, SREP, Recovery & Resolution Framework, Operational Resilience, Outsourcing, …);
Gestione di progetti di trasformazione complessi con impatto su Governance, processi, sistemi di controllo e sistemi informativi, finalizzati alla definizione di Modelli operativi target e alla gestione del processo di change management;
Gestione di progettualità di analisi organizzativa e reengineering di modelli e processi organizzativi, operativi e di controllo;
Gestione di progettualità di Regulatory Transformation ovvero iniziative di adeguamento/ evoluzione dei presidi organizzativi, operativi, di controllo e tecnologici in risposta alle discontinuità regolamentari e alle richieste/findings delle Autorità di settore;
Gestione di progettualità di Process & System implementation/optimization ovvero iniziative di trasformazione volte a gestire il cambiamento e l'evoluzione dei processi operativi e dei sistemi informativi a supporto dei processi di governance, gestione dei rischi e di controllo facendo leva sia su tecnologie tradizionali sia su tecnologie avanzate (analytics, AI, machine learning).
Requisiti:
Laurea specialistica in materie economico-finanziarie-ingegneristiche;
Almeno 4-6 anni di esperienza pregressa in primarie società di consulenza con coinvolgimento diretto in tematiche Insurance e Wealth Management;
Esperienza nella gestione di un team e nelle relazioni con i clienti;
Conoscenza di soluzioni informatiche e tool di mercato in ambito Risk & Regulatory (RegTech, GRC, ...);
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata);
Disponibilità a viaggiare in Italia e all'estero.
