Senior Product Manager - ConsumerSouth West London - Onsite (5 days)In this role - working across our Mobile and Web consumer products - you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end product experience for our customers.Working closely with cross-functional teams - including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Merchandising and Commercial - you'll build andlaunch innovative products that drive the customer experience.Here's what you'd be doing: 1. Define and own the product roadmap for our Consumer products (Mobile & Web)2. Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure timely andaccurate delivery of products and features3. Analyse customer and operations feedback to identify areas for improvementand new product opportunities4. Define and monitor key performance metrics to measure product success5. Collaborate with Store Leadership, Design and UX teams to create anintuitive and delightful delivery experience6. Work with external partners and vendors to optimise delivery capabilitiesand expand our networkThe ideal candidate will have the following: 1. 5+ years of experience in Product Management on operations andcustomer-facing applications2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of using datato drive product decisions3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to workeffectively with cross-functional teams4. Experience building and launching successful products in a fast-paced, agileenvironment5.
