Panoramica

Medici Senza Frontiere (MSF)
è un'organizzazione medico-umanitaria indipendente, fondata nel 1971 da un gruppo di medici e giornalisti. MSF presta la sua opera di soccorso in tutto il mondo, alle popolazioni colpite da conflitti, epidemie, catastrofi naturali o escluse dall'assistenza sanitaria. Al momento ci sono progetti in corso in quasi 80 Paesi.

MSF è un movimento internazionale formato da 6 Centri Operativi e 24 sezioni ed uffici in tutto il mondo. MSF Italia è una Onlus nel campo medico e umanitario e rappresenta la sezione italiana di Médecins Sans Frontières.

Il tirocinio si svolgerà nell'ambito del
Coordinamento Associativo
e avrà l'obiettivo di far conoscere la governance di una Organizzazione internazionale. Il tirocinante acquisirà competenze tecniche di comunicazione istituzionale, organizzazione dei dibattiti interni all'Organizzazione e coordinamento dell'Assemblea di Soci di Medici Senza Frontiere.

Responsabilità

Il tirocinio, sotto la guida del tutor interno, sarà a supporto delle seguenti attività:

Gestione dei contatti e delle comunicazioni verso i Soci di MSF Italia;

Organizzazione di meeting nazionali ed eventi live e on line;

Aggiornamento del sito web associativo nazionale;

Comunicazioni digital e sui social;

Preparazione di grafiche e presentazioni;

Partecipazione ai briefing e debriefing di operatori umanitari in partenza o di ritorno dalle missioni;

Creazione e alla diffusione della newsletter associativa;

Diffusione delle campagne relative alle attività dell'organizzazione tra i membri dell'associazione;

Segreteria di supporto del dipartimento (verbali, convocazione riunioni, gestione agende…);

Supporto per la realizzazione di workshop ed eventi;

Raccolta dati, aggiornamento database interni e CRM.

Qualifiche

Percorso di laurea in linea con le attività previste;

Buone capacità di scrittura e di comunicazione;

Ottima conoscenza e gestione dei canali social;

Buona conoscenze digitali e dei principali tool di grafica;

Buona conoscenza di Outlook 365;

Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (C1);

Buona conoscenza della lingua italiana;

Buone capacità organizzative;

Propensione al lavoro in team;

Precisione;

Motivazione ai temi umanitari e in particolare ai principi MSF.

Condizioni

Disponibilità:
full time, 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì;

Sede:
Via dei Caudini 2 – 00185 Roma. La modalità di stage prevista è
ibrida
con lavoro da remoto e con alcune presenze presso la sede a seconda delle necessità organizzative;

Durata
: 6 mesi – da gennaio 2025 a luglio 2025;

Tipologia:
Il tirocinio sarà attivato come curriculare (500 € mensili + ticket restaurant giornalieri di 5€) o extra-curriculare (910 € mensili + ticket restaurant giornalieri di 5€), a seconda del profilo identificato. Il relativo rimborso spese sarà definito in base alla tipologia di tirocinio applicata;

Il presente stage ha l'obiettivo di fornire un'opportunità di apprendimento e formazione professionale.
