Purpose of Position: The aim is to ensure the consistent and informed management of purchasing activities and related administrative processes.
Description of the main activities / responsibilities: Purchasing of materials for the officeAdministrationBack-office activities:Contracts lifecycle management and data entryStatistics and reporting preparationPowerPoint presentationFront-office activities:Negotiations of certain packaging materialsIndirect services and products scouting and buying Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics or related fieldsProfessional Skills: knowledge of principal negotiation methods.Experience: No experience neededLanguage Skills: Proficient English is mandatory. A second language (French / German) knowledge is preferred.Computer Skills: MS Office: Excel is mandatory (Pivot), PowerPoint.Behavioural Requirements: Precision and attention to details, organizational skills, communication skills, multitasking.
