Senior Network Automation Engineer
La/il Senior Network Automation Engineer sarà inserita/o nella funzione Network Automation Engineering con l'obiettivo di introdurre flessibilità, semplificazione, automazione ed innovazione sulla rete Fastweb fissa e mobile, mediante la progettazione e l'evoluzione di un layer di disaccoppiamento tra business e network. Seguirà lo sviluppo e l'adozione della virtualizzazione di alcune componenti di rete. Sarà responsabile di alcune piattaforme di servizio real time e mission critical.
Responsabilità e attività:
Definire i requisiti delle tecnologie e delle architetture assegnate Elaborare le strategie, i piani e le iniziative dell'organizzazione in tema di network automation Gestire i progetti secondo le priorità aziendali e di team Progettare e coordinare lo sviluppo delle soluzioni e la loro evoluzione Gestire le fasi di pianificazione e controllo dei progetti Gestione dei partner e dei fornitori monitorando qualità, know-how e rispetto dei processi esternalizzati Contribuire all'evoluzione della rete Gestire processi di scouting di nuovi prodotti e fornitori Garantire il coordinamento delle risorse interne ed esterne Supportare ed incentivare metodologie agile/devops per lo sviluppo, validazione e messa in esercizio degli applicativi di networking Valutare i problemi di cybersecurity nella progettazione delle soluzioni Requisiti minimi:
Laurea in Ingegneria Informatica o Telecomunicazioni Esperienze di lavoro in gruppi eterogenei Esperienza in gestione di team di progetto Esperienza di ingegnerizzazione/sviluppo di sistemi ICT Conoscenza framework TMForum e MEF Conoscenza architetture mobili 5G core ed access, incluso FWA Conoscenza architetture fisse di accesso, backbone e core Esperienza in ambito OSS in particolare nella definizione dei flussi in ambito Telco Ottimo approccio all'analisi e alla risoluzione di problemi Cura della relazione con i clienti interni, i fornitori e le altre funzioni aziendali Conoscenze in ambito Networking e Sicurezza delle reti Contratto: contratto a tempo indeterminato – full time
