Per Gruppo Globale del Lusso che gestisce lo sviluppo delle più rinomate maisons di Moda, con sede a Scandicci (FI) ricerchiamo un/una:

ADDETTO/A CONTABILITA' ATTIVA La risorsa entrerà nel dipartimento Finance del Gruppo e avrà l'opportunità di ricoprire la posizione di Record to Report Industrial Accountant. Nello specifico, si occuperà di:

· Garantire la corretta tenuta dei libri contabili e delle registrazioni obbligatorie, oltre a verificare, controllare e archiviare i documenti fiscali (Intrastat);

· Supportarenei processi Record to Report, come registrazioni di diario giornaliere e registrazioni mensili di competenza;

· Registraretutti i movimenti delle immobilizzazioni dopo aver ricevuto la documentazione adeguata;

· Sostenere le attività relative alla Fatturazione Attiva e le registrazioni degli incassi dei clienti;

· Gestire lacontabilità e i ratei delle buste paga dei dipendenti;

· Assistere nelle attività mensili di riconciliazione intercompany;

· Preparazione di Report e Analisi ad hoc su richiesta del Management.
Requisiti:
· Diploma di Maturità in Ragioneria o Laurea Triennale in Economia;

· Pregressa esperienza di almeno 1-2 anni in un ruolo analogo;

· Persona proattiva, orientata ai dettagli, con approccio analitico, in grado di rispettare regolarmente scadenze impegnative e di gestire un elevato volume di attività;

· Competenzaavanzata nell'utilizzo del Pacchetto Office, Excel in particolare (la conoscenza operativa di AS400, JD Edwards e/o SAP sarà considerata un plus);

· Buona conoscenza sia scritta che orale della Lingua Inglese.
Cosa offre l'Azienda:
· Contratto a tempo determinato in somministrazione iniziale di 6 mesi, con possibilità di stabilizzazione a tempo indeterminato con GiGroup;

· Livello diinquadramento e RAL saranno commisurati all'esperienza, secondo il CCNL Pelli, Cuoio e Succedanei Industria, su 13 mensilità;

· Orario di lavoro Full Time dal Lunedì al Venerdì con flessibilità in ingresso e in uscita, con un'ora di pausa pranzo;

· Benefit:
mensa aziendale e 8 giorni di Smart Working al mese;

· Luogo di lavoro:
Scandicci (FI).
