Per azienda cliente operante nel settore della progettazione di impianti industriali stiamo cercando una figura di Head of Electrical Engineering.
La figura si occuperà di gestire la progettazione elettrica, coordinando il team di Tecnici Elettrici (8 persone) e gestendo gli studi di progettazioni esterni.
La seconda attività chiave sarà costituita dal coordinamento dell'R&D supportando l'introduzione del Software di progettazione Eplan (introduzione di librerie standard), dell'integrazione del PLM, nonchè di nuove metodologie e logiche innovative che supportino il cost reduction e l'ottimizzazione dei carichi di lavoro.
Ricerchiamo una risorsa interessata a crescere managerialmente ma che abbia passione per la progettazione in quanto sarà ancora necessario, occasionalmente, il coinvolgimento in attività operative.
Il ruolo darà la possibilità di avere una visibilità internazionale con rapporto diretto con i nostri cantieri in tutto il mondo. Sarà fondamentale un approccio entusiasta ed innovativo alla gestione del team che lo possa trainare verso l'innovazione.
In particolare le responsabilità saranno le seguenti:
- Coordinamento dell'R&D per la parte elettrica
- Coordinamento del team di lavoro (8 risorse) e degli studi di progettazione esterna
- Progettazione tramite il software Eplan
- Analisi e studio dei processi di progettazione e successiva messa in opera in cantiere con l'obiettivo di suggerire innovazione e ottimizzazione
- Coordinare il rapporto con gli altri team di progettazione, collaudo, preventivazione, programmazione della produzione, ecc.
- Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica, Automazione, Meccatronica, Elettronica o simili
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ambito progettazione elettrica unita ad una solida voglia di crescita manageriale con conseguente attitudine
- Disponibilità a brevi trasferte non continuative (10% del tempo)
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
- Competenza di progettazione tramite il software Eplan
- Pregressa esperienza con PLM
- Conoscenza di architetture di reti industriali (OT)
