Posizione InRebus Technologies cerca per azienda cliente uno/a: IT System Administrator Windows Posizione Questo ruolo è fondamentale nella gestione quotidiana dell'infrastruttura tecnologica, con un focus sulla risoluzione dei problemi di Microsoft, VMware, Citrix e Backup, supportando la gestione degli incidenti e dei problemi. Responsabilità Principali: Eseguire manutenzione, aggiornamenti e configurazione. Creare e aggiornare documenti interni sull'infrastruttura, inclusi diagrammi. Mantenere aggiornate le procedure di Disaster Recovery. Proteggere i sistemi applicando politiche e standard. Massimizzare le prestazioni monitorando; risolvendo problemi e interruzioni; pianificando aggiornamenti; collaborando con architetti aziendali e di sistema per l'ottimizzazione. Riportare lo stato operativo raccogliendo e dando priorità alle informazioni. Disponibilità di reperibilità su rotazione 24X7. Competenze richieste: Competenze tecniche: Conoscenza dei fondamenti di rete Conoscenza dei fondamenti del monitoraggio La certificazione più recente di Microsoft e VMware è preferibile Solida esperienza in MS Clustering, VMware vSphere Hypervisor e gestione dell'ambiente Desktop/App Virtuale in un contesto complesso Buona conoscenza dell'inglese (scritto e parlato) livello B1 o superiore Consapevolezza della Cyber Security Sensibilità al rischio Fluenza nei dati Qualifiche Educative, Esperienza Lavorativa e Competenze Trasversali: Diploma di scuola superiore o istruzione superiore Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel medesimo ruolo, preferibilmente nel settore finanziario Esperienza maturata nel settore finanziario è un plus Passione per la tecnologia e desiderio di ampliare l'area di conoscenza Orientamento ai risultati e capacità di risolvere problemi Capacità di agire in modo indipendente Spirito di squadra Orientamento al cliente Altre informazioni Sede: Milano, Ibrido, Da remoto ma con alcuni giorni in presenza sporadici Contratto: CCNL commercio da determinare in sede di colloquio
