Posizione Aperta: Expert Software Engineer Sede: Remoto Descrizione del Ruolo: Il candidato ideale deve avere esperienza di almeno 5 anni nello sviluppo su piattaforma Mainframe con linguaggio Cobol , CICS e DB2 .

Competenze richieste: Responsabilità principali Progettare, sviluppare e manutenere applicazioni Mainframe utilizzando COBOL , CICS e DB2 .
Gestire e ottimizzare i processi batch e online per applicazioni su piattaforma Mainframe.
Eseguire l'analisi dei requisiti funzionali e tecnici, proponendo soluzioni adeguate.
Diagnosticare e risolvere problemi di performance e malfunzionamenti delle applicazioni.
Collaborare con team multidisciplinari per l'integrazione dei sistemi.
Garantire la conformità ai requisiti di sicurezza, qualità e standard aziendali.
Fornire supporto tecnico e formazione ai membri del team junior.
Requisiti richiesti Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nello sviluppo su piattaforma Mainframe con linguaggio COBOL , CICS e DB2 .
Conoscenza approfondita di JCL, VSAM e tecnologie correlate ai sistemi Mainframe.
Esperienza nella progettazione di database relazionali e nell'ottimizzazione delle query SQL su DB2.
Familiarità con strumenti di gestione del ciclo di vita del software (ad esempio: ChangeMan, Endevor, o equivalenti).
Capacità di analizzare codice complesso e proporre soluzioni efficienti e scalabili.
Conoscenza di metodologie Agile e DevOps è considerata un plus.
Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o equivalente (preferibile).
Ottime capacità di comunicazione e attitudine al lavoro di squadra.
