Job Description:
Collaborate with the marketing team, particularly the Digital Marketing Specialist and Digital & Business Analyst function to contribute to the promotion and enhancement of business offerings through digital channels and tools. Provide information to management by preparing short- and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analysis for monitoring business performance and results.
Responsibilities:
Management of the product marketing mix, supporting profitable marketing of the offering, development, and promotion of services under his/her direct responsibility to the three main targets (customers, merchants, and consumers):
Updating communication materials, sales presentations (e.g., for preparation of technical materials required for tenders), layouts, tools, websites, mobile apps & product front office systems.
Contributing to the constant process of improving and proposing innovative solutions for the user experience of the services under management.
Maintaining back-office interfaces, in collaboration with the IT&OPS function, to ensure efficiency in the service delivery process and streamline contract management.
Operational interface with vendors for product and service management.
Support the Offer Development Manager to develop and launch new products/services for customers, consumers, and merchants:
Monitor and analyze trends, target market, and competitors to identify new development opportunities.
Identify the competitive advantages of products to be developed by verifying their proper implementation.
Collaborate in the definition of product specifications and expected technical-operational-functional requirements, and support the monitoring of the correct progress of projects (e.g., through implementation of project action plan & gantt, also verifying compliance with the modes and timelines) by coordinating with all company functions and external consultants involved.
Management of the different phases of service release: testing and go-live, preparation of launch plans (coordinating with other marketing and sales functions), monitoring of the entire lifecycle and proposing any improvements in progress.
