E' l'azienda leader in Italia nel segmento rappresentato in quanto è composta da più di 300 consulenti su 5 sedi di riferimento.DescrizioneJob DescriptionLa persona ricercata lavorerà nella squadra di Head Hunting specializzata in figure nel mondo Data Analytics & Visualization, coprendo tutti i ruoli da neo laureato fino ai primi livelli dirigenziali occupandosi di:
codisegnare la strategia di sviluppo della BU nel settore di business assegnato sul territorio di competenza; sviluppare le relazioni con i contatti target di riferimento (in prevalenza, HR e C-level), al fine di poter supportare le aziende nella ricerca del giusto professionista; gestire autonomamente i singoli progetti di recruiting (dal brief con l'azienda alla customer satisfaction post-inserimento del profilo), garantendo qualità, puntualità ed estrema attenzione alle aspettative delle persone coinvolte nell'iter;
- consolidare i rapporti con le aziende attive con attività ricorrenti di up
- e cross-selling per valorizzare nel tempola relazione con gli interlocutori fidelizzati; contribuire all'identificazione di modalità originali e canali innovativi per posizionare il proprio "brand" e quello dell'azienda, portando novità e suscitando interesse all'interno della comunità in cui opera.
Profilo del CandidatoThe Successful ApplicantLa figura ideale, oltre ad essere una persona estremamente curiosa e motivata, dovrà possedere alcuni requisiti indispensabili:
Esperienza di 2/3 anni come Head Hutner o in ambito Data Analytics & Visualization (sia in società di consulenza che società finali) Passione per le tematiche di Data Analytics & Visualization Abitudine a lavorare per obiettivi e per progetti, attraverso un metodo di lavoro strutturato ed una evidente capacità di definire chiaramente priorità e scadenze; Spirito di adattamento a contesti e dinamiche mutevoli, tipiche del business in cui andrà ad operare; Vivo interesse ed evidente predisposizione alla gestione delle relazioni umane sia con stakeholder interni che esterni; Mentalità ed approccio positivo e propositivo, anche in situazioni di difficoltà e stress; offerta di lavoro Far parte di una delle prime squadre specializzate in ambito Data Analytics & Visualization Mercato in forte espansione con grandi opportunità di crescita Training continui e mirati per sviluppare competenze di recruitment ma anche conoscenze tecniche in ambito IT
