Their strategy involves Renewable transactions across Italy and Europe (both via Greenfield and M&A).About the Company:Our client is a dynamic Renewable Investment company with a strategic focus on Renewable transactions across Italy and Europe. They operate through both Greenfield initiatives and M&A, contributing to the sustainable growth of the renewable energy sector.Position Overview:As a Private Equity Analyst/Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Investment Team. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining dynamic financial models, analyzing investment opportunities, providing support during acquisitions and project financing, and conducting due diligence.
