Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description Join the Amaris Consulting talent network as an IT Project Manager in the Technology industry in Milan, Italy (Hybrid) What will you do?
Lead and manage global IT projects, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives. Oversee the governance of complex projects, applying deep subject matter expertise to manage diverse IT solutions, including connectivity solutions (WAN, LAN, WiFi), VPNs, firewalls, and voice/contact center systems. Work across multiple technologies and project management frameworks, including Agile, SCRUM, and traditional methodologies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet stakeholder expectations. ? What do we request A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related field, combined with 5+ years of experience in IT solution disciplines, project management, and finance & budgeting. Proven ability to work with global teams and manage stakeholders across different nationalities, both face-to-face and remotely. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, SCRUM, Agile) is a plus, along with expertise in project governance and managing large-scale, complex projects. Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to interact with a variety of business and technical audiences and adjust your communication style to meet their needs. Above-average organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with one or more of the following: connectivity solutions (WAN, LAN, WiFi), VPNs and firewalls, or voice and contact center systems. What do we offer?
