The Training and Implementation Specialist Role Onboarding new customers and creating custom workflows tailored to the needs of each officeTraining new clinicians and dental teams to use the DentalMonitoring suite of solutionsNurturing existing customers so they maximize the benefits of the DentalMonitoring Artificial Intelligence technology and dashboardBuilding strong relationships with customers so they endorse the DentalMonitoring brand and continue to use and advocate the DentalMonitoring productsActing as a technical bridge between the customers and DentalMonitoring platformSupporting and attending local trade showsWorking and communicating with regional sales managers, customer success, inside sales, and sales representatives in order to provide the best onboarding experience for the customerInfluencing doctors and staff to adopt new protocols while alleviating any of the customers' hesitations to adopt a disruptive technologyTraveling up to 60% to train and support in person office implementationYou will be successful in this role if 5+ years of experience in dentistry and/or orthodontics or equivalent degreeExcellent understanding of the conceptual/consultative sales approachConsultative, training and implementation experienceAbility to build and maintain partnerships with internal and external clientsHigh level of IT/computer science knowledge and a strong interest in new technologiesAbility to act diplomatically, demonstrate listening skills and empathyAbility to influence and provoke changes in clients' way of thinkingAbility to prioritize tasks, organize and prioritize prioritiesProactive and enthusiasticIndependent, enthusiastic, and curiousTeam spiritDentalMonitoring is an equal opportunity employer and offers an intercultural and inclusive workplace.
