**Descrizione posizione**:
Per azienda del settore automotive ricerchiamo Sales Specialist da inserire in team sales che si occuperà di:
- Gestire in autonomia l'interazione multicanale con i clienti, comunicando con loro via telefono, mail e di persona
- Presentare i veicoli, l'offerta commerciale e i servizi aziendali accompagnando il cliente lungo tutta la sua esperienza
- Garantire la gestione dei volumi di leads e gli obiettivi di vendita assegnati
- Individuare opportunità di up
- o cross-selling, negoziare con i clienti e concludere trattative commerciali
- Supportare la gestione delle attività di backoffice e di post-vendita, in collaborazione con le funzioni aziendali coinvolte
Cosa cerchiamo:
- Esperienza pregressa (2-3 anni) nell'attività di vendite e customer care.
L'esperienza nel settore automotive sarà considerata un forte plus
- Ottime doti comunicative
- Forte orientamento al risultato: capacità di comprendere gli obiettivi aziendali, azionare leve e proporre azioni per raggiungere i risultati assegnati
- Approccio pratico nell'identificazione di problemi e soluzioni
- Pregressa esperienza con sistemi di CRM.
L'esperienza pregressa nell'utilizzo di MS Dynamics 365 costituirà un forte plus.
Si offre:
Contratto a tempo indeterminato
Commissioni su obiettivi personali
Smartworking fino al 50%
**Retribuzione e Benefit**:
Compenso: 25.000 € all'anno
**Prerequisiti**:
- Esperienza: Almeno 6 mesi
